How it works

Step 1. Reach out or book your first session: Simply book now or send an enquiry or email. No long forms, no pressure. Just introduce yourself and what's brought you here.

Step 2.  Find a time: We'll find a time that works for you. Sessions are delivered via video call (telehealth), with in-person available by arrangement.

Step 3.  Begin your support: Your first session is a relaxed conversation, no tests, no judgement. We figure out what you need and where to go from there.
